Wipak Medical produces medical pouches to suit the various sterilization methods. The range includes peelable and non-peelable grades, plain or gusseted versions, using a number of different medical grade films or breathable webs. In the Wipak Medical factories both in Finland and the Netherlands medical pouches are produced in compliance with clean-room conditions requirements. Through the choice of construction materials, technical design features, special protective clothing and pressurized ventilation, we have been able to minimize the bio-burden that can accumulate on the packaging material during the production process. All standard products are manufactured using the unique Multi-X film, with which Wipak sets a new standard in pouch film making.
