Our lidding films safeguard the quality and freshness of food products either in modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) or vacuum-packed. The type of film depends on the individual requirements of the product.

Wipak offers a broad spectrum of lidding films (top webs) with optional extras such as antifog features or an EVOH barrier. To meet specific criteria, the materials used are polypropylene, polyamide (nylon) or polyester (PET) laminates with or without a barrier layer and/or with reclosure systems. The lidding film VP 1457 Biaxer 55 XX PP AFM has been specially developed for PP trays. This PET film features a high oxygen barrier and high seal strength as well as a long-lasting antifog effect.
